We are looking for an IT Recruiter with 2–4 years of experience in technical recruitment, with solid exposure to Contract and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

Key Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
Experience in Contract, C2H, and permanent IT hiring.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offer negotiations, and closures.
Maintain candidate pipelines and meet recruitment targets.

Requirements
2–4 years of experience in IT/Technical Recruitment.
Mandatory experience in C2H and Contract hiring.
Valuable knowledge of IT technologies and recruitment processes.
Strong sourcing, communication, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced, target-driven environment.
