Role & responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for roles across Production, Quality, and Maintenance functions.
Support campus hiring initiatives for ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech freshers, including institute coordination and recruitment drives.
Build talent pipelines through sourcing, screening, and stakeholder management.
Ensure timely closure of positions, improve joining ratios, and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain hiring MIS/reports.

Preferred candidate profile
Candidate with hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a manufacturing setting, with proven expertise in hiring for Production, Quality, Maintenance, and other technical roles.
Experience in campus hiring for ITI, Diploma, and B.Tech freshers, along with strong stakeholder management and workforce planning capabilities, will be preferred.
