About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team. This role will provide hands-on exposure to the complete recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding support.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Talent Acquisition team in end-to-end recruitment activities.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and understand their skills, experience, and career expectations.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate information in the ATS/recruitment tracker.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, documentation, and joining.




Assist in preparing recruitment reports and maintaining daily hiring trackers.
Support the team in offer rollout, pre-onboarding, and joining formalities.
Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Perform other HR and Talent Acquisition activities as assigned.

Required Skills
Positive verbal and written communication skills.
Robust interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment and hiring processes.
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and manage multiple requirements.
Proactive attitude with strong follow-up skills.
Willingness to learn and build a career in Talent Acquisition / HR.

Eligibility
Pursuing or completed MBA/PGDM/BBA/B.Com/any graduate degree, preferably with an HR specialization.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.
