We are looking for a hands-on Head of Talent Acquisition who can build hiring velocity, personally drive critical closures and create a scalable recruiting engine.

This is a high-ownership role reporting directly to the CEO. The setting is quick-paced, demanding and constantly evolving — the person needs to be comfortable operating with ambiguity and changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities
Own hiring across retail, operations, customer experience, technology, corporate and leadership roles.
Partner directly with the CEO and business heads on hiring priorities and workforce requirements.
Personally drive critical and difficult-to-close positions.
Build strong sourcing channels across direct search, referrals, job platforms, campuses and recruitment partners.
Build repeatable hiring engines for high-volume and expansion-led recruitment.
Improve time-to-hire, offer acceptance and offer-to-join ratios.
Build and lead a lean, high-output TA team.
Introduce simple, effective hiring dashboards and recruitment governance.

What We Are Looking For




8–12 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
Robust experience in high-growth startups, consumer-tech, retail, e-commerce, mobility or operationally intensive businesses.
Experience managing both volume and leadership/specialist hiring.
Strong direct sourcing and candidate closure capability.
Comfortable working closely with a fast-moving, highly involved CEO.
High bias for action, ownership and execution.
Someone who can build process without creating bureaucracy.

Wants to operate primarily through recruitment agencies.
Needs reliable hiring plans and long decision cycles.
Prefers strategy over hands-on execution.
Is uncomfortable with aggressive hiring timelines or rapidly changing priorities.
