About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team in Noida, Sector 62. In this role, you will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle — from sourcing and screening to coordinating interviews and closing candidates. This is a great chance for an early-career recruiter to sharpen their sourcing skills and build solid stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the full recruitment life cycle for assigned open positions, from requirement gathering to offer roll-out.
Source candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers.




Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
Share regular updates and reports on hiring status with hiring managers and the HR lead.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Assist with employer branding activities and campus/walk-in drives as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (HR/Business specialization preferred).
6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal).
Good organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple requisitions at once.
Comfortable working from the office in Noida, Sector 62.

Good to Have
Experience recruiting for [IT / Non-IT / Sales / your domain] roles.
Exposure to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Basic knowledge of Boolean search techniques.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
