We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Talent Acquisition professional to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help us attract and hire the right talent for our organization.

Roles & Responsibilities
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
Understand manpower requirements from different departments and hiring managers.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, employee referrals, job portals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Coordinate interviews with the respective hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment experience.
Manage offer discussions, salary negotiations, and offer letter processes.




Maintain a robust database and pipeline of potential candidates for critical positions.
Work on improving recruitment strategies and reducing hiring turnaround time.
Build a strong employer brand to attract quality talent.
Required Skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Valuable knowledge of job portals, especially Naukri and LinkedIn.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
