Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced

Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment across the UK and European markets. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in international hiring, stakeholder management, niche and high-volume recruitment, talent sourcing, and recruitment analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across UK and European markets, from requirement gathering through onboarding.
Manage approximately

25–30 open positions per month across multiple business units.
Deliver an average of

5 successful closures per month while meeting business SLAs.
Partner closely with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and close critical and niche positions.
Develop and maintain robust talent pipelines using

LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, Boolean search, networking, and other sourcing channels

.
Conduct candidate screening, assessment, shortlisting, offer management, and onboarding coordination.
Drive recruitment through data and develop recruitment dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights to leadership.
Ensure compliance with relevant international hiring regulations, including

GDPR and IR35

.




Manage recruitment vendors and contribute to vendor consolidation and optimization across UK and European geographies.
Support employer branding and talent-attraction initiatives.

Ideal Candidate should have Profile
4–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
Demonstrated experience handling international recruitment

, particularly UK and European markets.
Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a quick-paced environment.
Strong sourcing expertise with proven ability to identify passive and niche talent.
Data-driven approach to recruitment and ability to use hiring metrics to improve recruitment efficiency.
Postgraduate qualification in HR/Management preferred.
