Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing tandoor items as per hotel standards.
Prepare & maintain mise en place for tandoor section.
Maintain cleanliness & hygiene of the kitchen equipment.
Follow recipes, portion sizes & food safety standards.
Support senior chefs during service & ensure timely food preparation.
Requirements:
1 to 2 years of experience in a hotel/restaurant kitchen preferred.
Basic knowledge of tandoor cuisine.
Valuable hygiene, teamwork & willingness to learn.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
