-Role & responsibilities

-To undertake trouble shooting of technical problems on MCs.

-To undertake quality (B/C/B in A) Control and reduction.

-To control rejection.

-To maintain quality norms and process control.

-To ensure complete Production Plan daily.

-To fulfil the plan as per packing requirements.

-To manage a diverse workforce and especially extract work from the contractual workforce.

-To maintain harmonious industrial relations with the workers.

-To look after production as per the approved production plan.

-To ensure effective implementation of the production Plan daily.

-To plan for compounds and EVA injection soles as per the moulds plan.

-To check the feed weight of EVA Injected soles and ensure accurate feed weight.

-To check all running EVA injection moulds and take out defective moulds for repairing.

-He will be responsible for maintaining 5S and fire safety awareness amongst workmen.

-Ensuring that processes needed for effective functioning of QMS, EMS & OHSAS are planned, implemented & monitored

-Ensuring awareness of QMS, EMS & OHSAS requirements throughout work areas.
