Inspection & Sampling: Perform visual, physical, and dimensional inspections on incoming shipments using standard sampling plans.
Measurement & Testing: Use precision metrology tools (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, optical comparators) to check dimensions against engineering drawings.
Document Review: Preparing Quallity problem Report, 8D Action Plan.
Non-Conformance & Quarantine: Identify, tag, and quarantine rejected or non-conforming materials; generate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
System Logging: Record pass/fail data, lot numbers, and inspection results into the ERP or Quality Management System (QMS).
Cross-Team Communication: Alert Supplier Quality Engineers (SQEs) and Purchasing teams of vendor defect trends or missing documentation.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
