Key Responsibilities
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, databases, and professional networks.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Use Boolean search techniques and advanced sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates.
Coordinate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and sourcing strategies.
Proficiency in MS Office.

Required Skills & Competencies
Candidate from Technical background (BTech/ BE/ MCA/ BCA) preferred.
Basic understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment lifecycle.
Familiarity with job portals e.g. Indeed and LinkedIn sourcing.
Basic knowledge of Boolean search.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.

Other Details: Work mode - Onsite

Work Location - Arera Colony, Bhopal

Shift - US Shift/Night Shift (6:30 PM - 3:30 AM IST)

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
