Job Summary

Position: Technical Regional Lead Role Overview: The Technical Regional Lead is responsible for overseeing technical operations and financial management across the region, ensuring seamless service delivery and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Management:
Manage and supervise low-side HVAC, electrical systems, DG sets, and UPS operations
Participate in daily AMC breakdown resolution calls and coordinate corrective actions
Ensure timely execution and compliance of Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPM) schedules
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to site teams

Financial Management:
Oversee billing processes and ensure accuracy in invoicing
Monitor and control vendor costs to optimize regional expenditure




Review and approve cost estimates for maintenance and breakdown activities

Regional Coverage:
Proven experience working in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities
Must be willing to travel extensively across the region as operational needs require
Ability to manage multiple sites and coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups

Location: In office - Chennai, TN

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 48
