The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in C/C++ development, object-oriented programming, financial systems, and post-trade transaction processing settings. You will lead technical initiatives, mentor team members, and contribute to the design and development of high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities - Lead the design, development, and maintenance of enterprise-grade applications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
Develop and enhance application components using C/C++ and related technologies.
Work closely with business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
Design robust and maintainable software following object-oriented design principles.
Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews,



and technical decision-making.
Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills - Strong hands-on programming experience in C/C++.
Experience with C#/.NET Development.
Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Design & Programming.
Experience working with Post-Trade Systems & Workflows.
Knowledge of Transaction Processing and Financial Calculations.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.
Experience with software design patterns and best development practices.
Positive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Experience - Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or Financial Services domain experience.
Exposure to high-volume transaction processing systems.
Experience leading teams and mentoring developers.
Knowledge of system integration and enterprise application architecture.
