Role Description The Visa Filing Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Ludhiana East. In this position, the officer reviews student documentation, prepares and organizes visa files, and ensures all applications meet current immigration requirements and embassy guidelines. The role involves coordinating with clients to collect missing information, clarifying visa procedures, and keeping them informed about application status.



The officer collaborates with counseling and administration teams, maintains accurate records, and follows up on submitted files to support timely decisions. Daily responsibilities also include staying updated on policy changes and maintaining compliance with official regulations.
