We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecalling Executive to join our Real Estate Sales & Marketing team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their requirements, explaining our property projects, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the company's lead database.
Understand customer requirements such as budget, location, property type and preferences.
Explain project details, features, pricing and payment options clearly.
Generate and qualify leads through telecalling.
Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the Sales Team.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and lead status in the CRM.
Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain good communication and professional relationships with customers.

Requirements
Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.




Hindi/Tamil will be an added advantage.
Previous experience in telecalling, sales, customer service or real estate is preferred.
Freshers with positive communication skills are also welcome.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/WhatsApp is an advantage.
Confident, positive and customer-friendly attitude.
Ability to work with targets and follow-up consistently.
