Job Summary looking for a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.

· Generate and follow up on sales leads.

· Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.

· Explain diamond jewellery, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, designs, and pricing.

· Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.

· Maintain customer records and follow-up details.

· Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

· Coordinate with the sales team for orders and customer requirements.





Requirements

· Valuable communication and convincing skills.

· Robust sales, telecalling, and follow-up skills.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.

· Jewellery or diamond sales experience is preferred.
