We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Telesales Executive to join our Sales & Business Development team. The candidate will be responsible for connecting with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, explaining Mind Mingle's courses/programs, generating interest, and converting leads into successful enrollments.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers/leads and generate new sales opportunities.
Explain Mind Mingle's courses, programs, features, advantages, and fee structure clearly to prospective customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable courses/programs.
Follow up regularly with interested leads through calls and WhatsApp.
Maintain and update lead details, call records, follow-ups, and conversion status in the CRM/database.




Handle customer queries and objections professionally and work towards converting leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and sales targets.
Generate referrals and identify new business opportunities through existing leads/customers.
Coordinate with the sales and counselling team for further follow-ups and enrollments.
Maintain a solid pipeline of prospective customers and ensure timely follow-up.
Provide regular updates on lead status, conversions, pending follow-ups, and sales performance to the reporting manager.
Ensure a positive and qualified customer experience throughout the sales process.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
