Job Summary

We r looking for a Sales Executive / Telesales Executive / Telecaller to handle customer enquiries, generate leads, follow up with customers, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
Generate and follow up on sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery.
Explain diamond jewellery, natural diamonds, lab-grown diamonds, designs, and pricing.
Convert enquiries into sales and achieve monthly targets.
Maintain customer records and follow-up details.
Handle customer queries professionally and build valuable relationships.
Coordinate with the sales team for orders and customer requirements.

Requirements




Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Solid sales, telecalling, and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic computer/CRM knowledge preferred.
Jewellery or diamond sales experience is preferred.
