Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Explain company products/services clearly and professionally.
Generate, qualify and follow up on leads.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers.
Maintain accurate call records and customer details.
Coordinate with the sales/team members for lead conversion.
Achieve daily, weekly and monthly calling/follow-up targets.
Handle customer objections politely and professionally.
Share customer feedback and lead status with the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Minimum 6 months of telecalling experience.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Confident and skilled telephone manner.
Valuable convincing and negotiation skills.




Solid listening and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer knowledge and data-entry skills.
Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Hindi and Gujarati communication required; basic English will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
