We are looking for a motivated and experienced Telecaller to join MCSS Centre for Distance Education at Vengara, Malappuram. The candidate will be responsible for handling student enquiries, providing information about distance education programs, counselling prospective students, following up with leads, and converting enquiries into admissions.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming enquiries from students and parents through phone calls.
Provide information about courses, programs, admissions, and related services.
Contact prospective students and follow up on leads.
Counsel students and guide them regarding suitable educational prospects.
Maintain regular follow-ups with interested candidates.




Convert enquiries and leads into successful admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Build and maintain positive skilled relationships with students and parents.
Achieve assigned calling and admission targets.

Requirements
Degree & Above
Minimum 2 years of experience in Education Consultancy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Good convincing, counselling, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Candidates with relevant experience in education consultancy/admissions will be preferred
