We are looking for a Sales Coordinator / Telesales Executive to handle customer calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and coordinate with the sales team.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
Generate leads and follow up on enquiries.
Explain products/services to customers.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding enquiries and orders.
Maintain customer and lead records.
Follow up with customers through calls and WhatsApp.
Prepare daily calling and sales reports.
Achieve assigned calling and sales targets.

Requirements
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable convincing and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Confident in handling customer calls.
Hindi/Punjabi/English communication preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
