About the Role
We are looking for motivated International Staffing & Recruitment Executives to join our recruitment team. The role involves sourcing candidates, understanding international job requirements, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting the recruitment process for international clients.
Key Responsibilities
Source candidates for international job requirements.
Understand job descriptions and client hiring requirements.
Search for suitable candidates through recruitment platforms, skilled networks, databases, and other sourcing channels.
Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, and job requirements.
Conduct initial candidate calls and interviews.
Pay: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
