Responsibilities
Identify, develop, and convert current business prospects to drive sales growth and expand market presence across the assigned region.
Build and strengthen relationships with poultry farms, consultants, integrators, distributors, and key customers to ensure sustainable business growth.
Achieve sales, collection, profitability, and market share targets through effective account management and commercial negotiations.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop and execute effective business development strategies.
Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, and performance reports while ensuring timely achievement of regional objectives.
Lead, mentor, and develop the regional sales team while ensuring high customer satisfaction through effective cross-functional collaboration and service support.

Qualifications

Graduation/ Post Graduate (MBA preferred)
