Job Title: Ticketing Agent
Job Responsibilities
Book and issue domestic and international flight tickets.
Handle ticket reservations, cancellations, reissues, and refunds.
Assist customers with fare information and travel schedules.
Ensure accurate ticketing and documentation.
Respond to customer queries and provide timely support.
Requirements
1–5 years of experience in airline ticketing or travel industry.
Knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, etc.).
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
