We are looking for an experienced Flight Ticketing & Booking Executive to manage domestic & international flight reservations, ticketing, and group bookings.

Role & responsibilities

Handle domestic and international flight bookings & ticketing
Create and manage PNRs using Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre
Handle ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations & refunds
Search and compare airfares, schedules, routing & baggage options
Coordinate with airline group desks for group fares and seat blocks
Manage flight bookings for student, educational, corporate & leisure groups
Maintain passenger manifests and monitor ticketing/payment deadlines
Handle schedule changes, cancellations and flight disruptions
Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Accounts, airlines and customers
Track pending refunds and maintain accurate booking records

Preferred candidate profile





Candidates with experience in a travel agency, tour operator, DMC or TMC, particularly those who have handled large student or group movements.
