Experience: 2 to 7 Years

Qualification
B.E / B.Tech (Mechanical, Automobile, Electronics & Electrical)

Key Responsibilities:

Drive workshop business growth through improvements in PM, load growth, and service performance.

Analyze workshop data, customer retention trends, and implement effective service strategies.

Support dealers in reducing operational inefficiencies and improving productivity.

Handle critical customer complaints and technical issues across the territory.

Manage technical campaigns, recalls, and product feedback escalation.

Enhance customer experience through implementation of service excellence initiatives.

Collaborate with dealer partners to improve process efficiency and business outcomes.
