Qualification: ITI / Diploma / B.Tech

Experience: 5 15 Years Salary: Negotiable (Depending on Experience)

Duty Hours & Compensation

Standard duty hours: 12 hours per day

8:30 hours will be considered as normal working hours

Additional 3:30 hours will be treated as overtime

Overtime will be paid extra as per company policy / applicable labour laws

Job Purpose
To manufacture, maintain, and repair sheet metal tools and dies to ensure smooth and effective production operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manufacture and assemble sheet metal dies, tools, jigs, and fixtures
Perform maintenance, repair, and modification of dies
Handle press tools (progressive, compound, single operation)
Read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
Operate tool room machines (lathe, milling, grinding, drilling)




Inspect components using measuring instruments (Vernier, micrometer, etc.)
Troubleshoot tool-related issues to minimize production downtime
Maintain tool history records and ensure preventive maintenance
Follow safety standards and 5S practices in the workplace
Skills Required
Robust knowledge of sheet metal tooling and die making
Understanding of press operations
Machine handling and troubleshooting skills
Attention to detail and quality focus
