Job Summary:

The Showroom Manager is responsible for supervising daily showroom operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing sales staff to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily activities on the showroom floor
Ensure customers are greeted and assisted properly
Monitor staff performance and provide guidance
Maintain product display and visual merchandising standards
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
Support sales team in achieving targets
Manage stock availability and coordinate with inventory team
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the showroom

Requirements:
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in retail ( textile/showroom)
Good communication and leadership skills
Basic knowledge of fabrics and fashion trends
Ability to handle customers and staff efficiently
