Assist in day-to-day foundry operations, including cutting and fettling activities.
Perform visual and dimensional inspection of cast components.
Identify and report casting defects such as cracks, blowholes, shrinkage, misruns, and other abnormalities.
Support Foundry Quality Control (QC) activities and maintain inspection records.
Ensure proper fettling, grinding, dressing, and finishing of cast components.
Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with Production and Quality teams to resolve process and quality issues.
Assist in maintaining 5S and housekeeping standards in the foundry area.
Learn and follow standard operating procedures and process controls.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, productivity, and rejection reduction.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
