Role & responsibilities
Review spare-parts requirements, stock, open orders and shortages.
Follow up with the production plant and suppliers for material availability and committed delivery dates.
Support purchase requisition / purchase order follow-up and expedite critical or overdue parts.
Maintain straightforward shortage and open-order trackers and keep ERP/SAP information updated.
Coordinate with Spares Planning, Stores, Quality and Engineering whenever clarification or support is required.
Highlight critical shortages and delays to the Senior Manager - SCM in time.
