Job Role: - Trainee HR Recruiter
Experience: - 06 months to 1 year

Work Location: - Baner, Pune
Roles and Responsibilities:
Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes Handling Domestic staffing. Well versed with hiring portals like Naukri, Monster and other Social Media Platforms.
Following up on the interview process.
Completing timely reports, Maintaining daily tracker.
Well versed and experienced with full life cycle of recruitment process End to End recruitment starting from receiving the requirement, sourcing, screening, validating, scheduling and offer generation.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
