Recent and existing employees ko Life Insurance products, processes aur sales techniques ki training dena.
Life insurance industry, products, policies, benefits aur processes par training sessions conduct karna.
Sales team ki product knowledge aur selling skills ko improve karna.
Training modules, presentations aur learning material prepare/update karna.
Role plays, assessments aur practical training activities conduct karna.
Training effectiveness ko monitor karna aur performance improvement ke liye feedback dena.
Insurance industry ke latest products, regulations aur market trends ke according training content update karna.

Candidate Requirements:




Life Insurance Trainer ke role mein proven experience mandatory hai.
Life Insurance products aur sales processes ki strong knowledge.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Training delivery aur team handling ka solid experience.
Positive interpersonal and coaching skills.
Delhi/NCR location ke candidates preferred.
