We are looking for a Technician Trainee who is interested in developing technical and maintenance skills in a skilled laundry operations setting. The trainee will work closely with experienced technicians and the operations team to learn machine operation, preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and basic repair activities.

Key Responsibilities
Assist technicians in the installation, maintenance, and repair of laundry and other industrial equipment.
Learn and support the operation and maintenance of washing, drying, ironing, pressing, and related machinery.
Assist in identifying basic machine faults and troubleshooting issues.
Perform routine inspection of machines and equipment.
Support preventive maintenance activities as instructed by the senior technician.
Assist with electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and other basic maintenance work where applicable.
Maintain cleanliness and safety around machines and maintenance areas.
Report machine abnormalities, breakdowns, and safety issues immediately to the concerned supervisor.




Maintain basic maintenance records and checklists.
Follow company safety procedures and instructions at all times.
Support the maintenance team during machine breakdowns and emergency repairs.
Learn proper handling and use of tools and equipment.
Perform any other technical or maintenance-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements
ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, or a related technical field preferred.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Basic knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
Basic problem-solving ability.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Valuable discipline, punctuality, and willingness to follow safety procedures.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
