We are looking for a Telecaller to handle customer calls, follow up on leads, and assist with flight ticket bookings. The role also includes updating customer details and maintaining records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Key Responsibilities
Explain services and answer customer queries clearly
Convert leads into bookings
Maintain regular follow-ups with customers
Update customer details and booking status in Excel/Google Sheets
Keep accurate records of all calls and follow-ups
Requirements
Good communication skills (Malayalam & English preferred)
Basic computer knowledge
Comfortable using Excel / Google Sheets
Willingness to follow up with customers
Basic knowledge of air ticketing (preferred, not mandatory)
