1mCV is a new-age job chance platform that helps students and job seekers showcase themselves beyond a traditional CV. Candidates create a one-minute video profile that allows employers to see how they communicate, present themselves, and express themselves.

What you’ll do:
Call students and job seekers and introduce them to 1mCV.
Explain how the platform works and why a 1-minute video profile can improve their job prospects.
Encourage candidates to create their 1mCV profile.
Follow up with interested candidates and help them through the onboarding process.
Maintain basic records of calls, responses, and conversions.
Coordinate with the team to achieve daily/weekly outreach targets.

What we’re looking for:




Positive communication and conversational skills.
Confidence while speaking on calls.
Ability to explain an idea clearly and handle basic objections.
Persuasive but professional approach.
Hindi + English communication preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Ideal candidate: Someone who is energetic, comfortable talking to new people, and can turn a cold call into a meaningful conversation. Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
