Educational Qualification
Minimum Higher Secondary (Plus Two) qualification.
Diploma or Graduation will be an added advantage.

Experience
Fresher to 6 months of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Service, Cosmetics, FMCG, Healthcare, Wellness, Retail or a similar field.
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with up to 6 months of relevant experience will be considered.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic sales and convincing ability.
Customer-friendly attitude.
Valuable telephone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge.
Knowledge of WhatsApp and digital communication.
Good follow-up skills.
Willingness to achieve sales targets.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work as part of a team.

Language: Valuable communication in Malayalam and English is preferred. Knowledge of Hindi or other local languages will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
