Roles and Responsibilities :
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan, execute, and deliver high-quality video productions on time.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to delivery.
- Develop and maintain solid partnerships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Oversee all aspects of production, including budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
Job Requirements :
- 3-7 years of experience in agency coordination or management in the film/music/entertainment industry.
- Strong understanding of branded content creation and digital media planning.
- Excellent coordination skills for managing multiple stakeholders simultaneously.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
