Roles and Responsibilities :
- Oversee the production process to ensure high-quality textile products are manufactured on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with spinning, weaving, dyeing, and bleaching departments to manage inventory levels and optimize resource utilization.
- Conduct quality control checks to identify defects or issues in finished goods and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems related to product development, supply chain disruptions, or customer complaints.
Job Requirements :
- 1-10 years of experience in textile manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of spinning, weaving, dyeing, and bleaching processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced environment with multiple priorities.
