Key Requirements:
Minimum 6month-1 years of telecalling/customer service experience
Fluent in English
Hindi is mandatory
Malayalam & Tamil preferred
Minimum qualification: Plus Two
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-friendly attitude and qualified telephone etiquette
