Telugu Voice Process Executive

Job Responsibilities
Handle customer calls in Telugu and provide accurate information.
Respond to customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Make inbound/outbound calls as per process requirements.
Maintain proper customer interaction records in the system.
Follow up with customers whenever required.
Achieve daily/weekly process and quality targets.
Maintain skilled communication and customer service standards.

Requirements
Telugu speaking is mandatory.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Positive verbal communication skills.
Basic English/Tamil communication will be an added advantage.
Basic computer knowledge.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Candidates comfortable working in a voice-process workplace.

Preferred Candidate Education: 12th Pass / Any Graduate

Experience: 0–1 Year

Language: Telugu – Mandatory
