Job Summary

We are looking for Tele Collections Executives to manage customer communication and payment follow-ups for Personal Loan and Business Loan accounts. The role involves handling collection calls, discussing pending EMI payments, resolving customer concerns and working towards assigned collection targets.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls for overdue loan accounts.
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMI payments.
Explain outstanding amounts and payment details clearly.
Discuss repayment options and payment commitments with customers.
Handle customer queries, disputes and escalations professionally.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams for account resolution when required.
Follow collection procedures,



company policies and quality standards.
Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly collection targets.

Eligibility & Requirements
6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Collections, Collections or Customer Handling.
Experience in NBFC / BFSI will be an added advantage.
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi.
Regional language proficiency will be an advantage.
Strong convincing, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle customer escalations professionally.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office.
Graduate in any discipline.
Comfortable working with performance-based targets.
