Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar tools.
Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and improve design outcomes.
Ensure consistent design language and adherence to UI standards and brand guidelines.
Iterate designs based on feedback, user behavior, and performance metrics.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and UI/UX best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
2–4 years of qualified experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar tools.
Strong portfolio showcasing real-world projects across web and mobile platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, responsive design, and accessibility.
Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong sense of ownership and accountability toward assigned tasks.
Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good time management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team setting.

Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
Good to have: Experience with WordPress.
Experience working with design systems.
Familiarity with Agile development processes.
Understanding of front-end development workflows and collaboration with developers.
