Job Role
UI/UX Designer
Design intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences across websites, web applications, and mobile applications.
Create visually appealing and functional interfaces that meet user needs and business requirements.
Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality digital experiences.
Develop design systems, reusable UI components, and consistent visual guidelines.
Conduct user research and usability testing to identify user needs, behaviours, and pain points.
Continuously improve designs based on user feedback, business requirements, and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

UI/UX Design
Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for web and mobile platforms.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes,



and high-fidelity UI designs.
Convert business requirements into effective and practical UX solutions.
Ensure consistency in typography, colours, layouts, spacing, and overall visual design.
Create clean, up-to-date, responsive, and conversion-focused designs.

User Research & Usability
Conduct user research to understand user requirements, behaviours, and pain points.
Conduct usability testing and analyse feedback to improve the user experience.
Apply UX principles to create easy, accessible, and user-friendly digital products.
Identify usability issues and recommend appropriate design improvements.
