Job Summary

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in cold calling and lead generation and excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound cold calls to potential clients and generate leads.
Communicate with prospects and understand their requirements.
Explain our services clearly and professionally.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
Schedule meetings with potential clients.
Maintain and update lead/customer information.
Handle objections and address basic client queries.
Work closely with the sales and marketing team to convert leads.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements
1–2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, or similar role.
Hands-on knowledge of cold calling and lead generation.
Fluent in both English and Hindi — mandatory.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Confident and skilled approach while communicating with clients.
Ability to handle objections and follow up consistently.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of CRM tools, MS Office, or Google Sheets is an advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Incentives
2.5% incentive on successful conversions, in addition to the fixed salary.
