Position: Telecaller Executive

Department: Sales / Operations

Experience: Fresher & Experienced both can apply

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Location: ITO, Hans Bhawan, Recent Delhi

Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to customers, clients, NGOs, and potential leads.
Explain company services, projects, and offers clearly.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers.
Maintain daily calling and follow-up records in Excel/CRM.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
Coordinate with the sales and project team.
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
Maintain professional communication with customers.
Provide regular updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills




Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Computer.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good convincing and follow-up skills.
Ability to work with targets.
