Key Requirements:
Fluent in Malayalam – mandatory
Positive English communication skills
Good verbal communication and convincing skills
Comfortable with outbound calling and lead follow-ups
Sales-oriented with a target-driven approach
Prior telesales/customer service experience preferred
Freshers with solid communication skills may also be considered.
