Requirements
5+ years of professional video editing experience.
Most significant: Experience working with a content creator/YouTuber, preferably in a similar niche.
Robust creativity, storytelling, pacing, and understanding of audience retention.
Excellent command of editing tools, but creativity and content sense matter more than software skills.
Proven track record of successful, high-performing or well-known content.
Solid portfolio/showreel with previous work.
Ability to understand a creator’s vision and turn it into engaging content.
Preference: Candidates who have worked with established creators or successful channels.
Pay: ₹18,000.84 - ₹30,000.28 per month
