• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & referrals

• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical requirements

• Coordinate interviews and manage the complete recruitment lifecycle

• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to close positions

• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline

• Handle multiple requirements in a fast-paced, target-driven environment

Requirements
:

✅ 1–4 years of IT Recruitment experience**





✅ Mandatory: Hands-on Contract Staffing / Staff Augmentation experience

✅ Robust sourcing & candidate screening skills

✅ Good understanding of IT technologies and recruitment processes

✅ Excellent communication & stakeholder management skills

✅ Strong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills

✅ Experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other sourcing platforms
