We are looking for an experienced and responsible Unit Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Abaya production unit

Key Responsibilities
Manage and supervise daily production activities.
Coordinate with tailors, embroidery/handwork teams and other production staff.
Plan daily and weekly production targets.
Track pending, completed and ongoing production work.
Maintain daily production reports and records.
Identify production delays and take quick corrective action.
Manage manpower, attendance and work allocation.
Ensure proper use and handling of fabrics, accessories and other materials.
Maintain discipline and a productive working setting.
Train and guide team members whenever required.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in production/unit management, preferably in garments, textile manufacturing.
Solid team-management and leadership skills.
Positive communication and problem-solving ability.
Ability to manage multiple production activities simultaneously.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel / computer operations is preferred.
Must be responsible, organized and target-oriented.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per year
