We are looking for UPVC Windows and Doors Manufacturing Technicians and Helpers to join our team in Bidarahalli, Karnataka. The selected candidates will be involved in the manufacturing, assembly, installation support, and handling of UPVC windows and doors. Candidates with relevant hands-on experience in carpentry, fabrication, or UPVC work are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

UPVC Manufacturing & Assembly:
Manufacture and assemble UPVC windows and doors according to required specifications.
Perform cutting, fitting, drilling, and assembly of UPVC profiles and components.
Install frames, shutters, glass, hardware, and other required fittings.
Ensure proper alignment, measurements, and finishing of windows and doors.
Handle manufacturing tools and equipment safely and efficiently.

Installation & Finishing
Assist with installation and fitting of UPVC windows and doors at customer or project locations when required.
Check dimensions and ensure proper fitting and alignment.
Perform finishing work and rectify minor fitting or assembly issues.
Maintain quality standards throughout the manufacturing and installation process.

Helper Responsibilities
Assist technicians during manufacturing, assembly, and installation activities.
Handle materials, tools, and components as instructed.




Support cutting, drilling, fitting, and other workshop activities.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area.
Follow instructions from supervisors and senior technicians.

Experience

Job Requirements
Minimum 6 months of relevant experience.

Education
12th Pass.

Gender
Any gender.

Technical Skills
Basic knowledge of UPVC windows and doors manufacturing or assembly.
Hands-on ability with fitting, cutting, drilling, and related work.
Knowledge of basic tools and equipment.
Ability to follow measurements and technical instructions.
Carpentry, fabrication, or similar hands-on experience will be beneficial.

Candidates with practical experience in UPVC windows and doors manufacturing.
Candidates with experience in carpentry, fabrication, fitting, or assembly work.
Technicians who can independently handle basic manufacturing and fitting activities.
